Firstly, basically, we need to understand your design requirement. Thus, a drawing or description about the design requirement may be required.

Secondly, for efficient solution, we may need to know your budget or basic requirement of material configuration like tone wood and parts like tuning machine, bridge, nuts and pickup, etc.

Then, we will figure out other requirement about shape, size, etc.

After all necessary information is collected, we will analysis and confirm the most proper solution to send back to you. 

Even though we may have the drawing or clear description about the design from your side, we may still issue our drawing of design to confirm with you if necessary.

The drawing will help to confirm that we have understood each other well. And during this procedure, you will have a clear idea about material, appearance and dimension, etc.

Sampling is the key for accurate customization of acoustic guitar.

This will happen after the order is confirmed but before batch production. According to the specific requirement of the order and confirmed designation, we will make two samples of the order.

One sample of custom made guitar will be shipped to you for physical inspection. Another one will stay in our warehouse. If no modification is required, we will begin batch production based on the sample.

If any modification is required, we will test the sample and remake one for you. Unless there is a huge change in production of the modified model, we will not requote for new requirement.

The sampling is the final procedure for confirmation before batch production. And it is very important. Through sampling, you are able to check the quality physically and we have a real basis of production.

Only through sampling, all of us can avoid any trouble about customize guitar quality.

The standard packing is to pack with cartons. Normally, there are 6 PCS of items in one carton. Inside the carton , there is normally protection with plastic bubble wrap to avoid damage.

Well, the customized packing requirement is also acceptable. So, if you have any, please feel free to share your idea.

For samples, we normally choose express-door-to-door service which will be fast to save time. For orders normally sea-freight is the first choice for its cost-effective properties.

Other way of shipping like air, train and combined transportation, we use depends on specific needs or as required. 

We provide warranty for 12 months from the date of the arrival of the order. Any quality issue caused by production, we will provide free repairment or replacement. But, any artificial damage will not be guaranteed.

As terms of price, we normally accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, FCA, DAP, etc. It is mainly according to your convenience. For example, some clients may have their own shipping system, so EXW or FOB is a proper term during agreement.

We normally accept bank transfer only. Thus, the payment is normally combines as advance payment and balanced before shipping. This type of payment will save the cost of bank charge. And only accomplished after the confirmation of quality inspection. This will guarantee the safety for both of us.

L/C is acceptable. But it is better to do L/C for large quantity of order. Because the issuing charge of bank is normally higher.

For some situation, trade insurance will be a way of dealing. By this, there is a third party to guarantee that we will delivery as agreed and you will pay for what you have ordered. However, we all will share the charge of this service.
