Sampling For Worry-free Production
Sampling is the key for accurate customization of acoustic guitar.
This will happen after the order is confirmed but before batch production. According to the specific requirement of the order and confirmed designation, we will make two samples of the order.
One sample of custom made guitar will be shipped to you for physical inspection. Another one will stay in our warehouse. If no modification is required, we will begin batch production based on the sample.
If any modification is required, we will test the sample and remake one for you. Unless there is a huge change in production of the modified model, we will not requote for new requirement.
The sampling is the final procedure for confirmation before batch production. And it is very important. Through sampling, you are able to check the quality physically and we have a real basis of production.

Sophisticated Inspection
After customize guitar and before shipping, we will do in-house inspection to ensure only qualified will leave for you.

We will inspect the order on our site. For batch order, we may take 10% of the order as testing sample or inspect one by one if asked (this may prolong the lead-time).
Besides, if required, we are able to send one sample of order to you to inspect by your people.

Packing & Global Shipping

Warranty, Terms & Payment
We provide warranty for 12 months from the date of the arrival of the order. Any quality issue caused by production, we will provide free repairment or replacement. But, any artificial damage will not be guaranteed.
As terms of price, we normally accept EXW, FOB, CIF, CFR, FCA, DAP, etc. It is mainly according to your convenience. For example, some clients may have their own shipping system, so EXW or FOB is a proper term during agreement.
We normally accept bank transfer only. Thus, the payment is normally combines as advance payment and balanced before shipping. This type of payment will save the cost of bank charge. And only accomplished after the confirmation of quality inspection. This will guarantee the safety for both of us.
L/C is acceptable. But it is better to do L/C for large quantity of order. Because the issuing charge of bank is normally higher.
For some situation, trade insurance will be a way of dealing. By this, there is a third party to guarantee that we will delivery as agreed and you will pay for what you have ordered. However, we all will share the charge of this service.
