Communication is always the key to success. Thus, the first thing we do is to ask questions. Although we feel sorry that there are so many question for the client, the Ask-Answer procedure really helps.

We have figured out the size of the guitar, made an agreement of the shape of acoustic guitar body, confirmed parts such as inlays, bindings, etc. This gives us confidence to custom the baritone acoustic guitar for the client.
